Have you ever told yourself that Life is beautiful? Despite all the imperfections, can you still afford to appreciate the finer things in life. Life is not perfect. It is full of ups and downs. No matter how you tried to get what you want, there are still things that doesn’t come your way. There are reasons why. We try to search for answers. But as we go along with life, we realized that sometimes there are just some things that surprises us. It makes us believe that there is indeed magic. After all, God has plans for us and it’s always for our own greater good. =)

You’re right. It is easier to eat pizza than to run on the treadmil. It’s easier to turn to ice cream rather than people for supports. It’s easier to say ” Fuck it, I give up” than to say ” Fuck this, I can do it”. So you know what? I’m not going to sit here and tell you day after day you can do this. If you don’t believe you can, then you can’t. That’s the honest truth. You need to do this for you. And if you don’t want it enough, then you sure as hell won’t achieve it. So take the easy way out and remain unhealthy and continue to gain weight because you can’t realize you are the only one hurting yourself. I didn’t say it would be easy. I said it would be worth it…
